All Toplistener counsellors hold a minimum of a Masters degree in psychology, counselling, or social work. Most are RCI-registered (Rehabilitation Council of India). Every counsellor undergoes a rigorous vetting process including credential verification, background checks, and a supervised trial period before joining our platform.
Yes — always, no questions asked. The therapeutic relationship is everything in therapy. If you don't feel comfortable with your counsellor for any reason, you can request a switch at any time. We'll help you find a better match at no extra cost for the re-matching process.
